We’ll keep you updated on major Fowey events in our blog, and this weekend is one of the biggies: The Fowey Big Gig & BBQ Weekend, which this year replaces the old Fowey Mussel Festival for the first time.
Running from Friday 19 to Sunday 21, it features 12 local bands performing on the Town Quay for free, as well as vintage fairground rides, children’s activities and plenty of BBQ action. (We’re praying for decent weather down here!)
And, of course, while you’re here, come visit our recently opened shop at 9 South Street, opposite the Town Quay and beside Fowey Tourist Information, where you’ll find everything on our website in the brass/copper/aluminium/steel!
