And just a few hours ago the Pantone Institute, the wordwide authority on colour, reveals a zesty shade of green as its 2017 Colour of the Year  – why not look to them for inspiration?

Their two pastel 2016 Colours of the Year – Rose Quartz and Serenity – were soft, calming, and romantic.

2017’s choice – Greenery – is a refreshing and revitalizing shade,  symbolic of new beginnings that evokes the first days of spring when nature’s greens revive, restore and renew.

Recently Pantone shared nine very different colour palettes the company predicts will be popular in 2017.

To do this, they pulled inspiration from current design trends (like metallics and black and white imagery), as well as bright colours from the film industry, most notably from films like Star Wars: The Force Awakes, The Peanuts Movie, and Disney’s Inside Out.

Take your pick from the list below and get in touch to see how we can help realise your perfect colour palette.

Day Dreaming – Yellow Iris and a Nile Breen, are used to expand on the blue and pink pastels, Pantone’s 2016 Colours of the Year

At Ease – A variety of ever popular neutrals, both cool and warm, are blended with muted tones in a way that seems effortless.
